Basic Controller Operation & Programming

This basic level course is designed to enable the participants to obtain an understanding of fundamental concepts standard practices related to traffic signal timing and coordination of signalized intersections along an arterial network. This course will be taught featuring and utilization the Econolite ASC/3® or Cobalt® controllers.
