|

The
Enhancer’s Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon System (RRFB) uses
amber LEDs that supplement warning signs at un-signalized
intersections or mid-block crosswalks. They can be activated by
pedestrians manually by a push button or passively by a pedestrian
detection system. It’s irregular flash pattern is similar to
emergency flashers on police vehicles. It can be installed on either
two-lane or multi-lane roadways. |

Our Featured Products
Centracs™
Centracs™ is
Econolite’s newest Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) software,
providing a centralized integrated platform for traffic signal control, ITS
field device monitoring and control,
information
management, graphical data display, and much more. Centracs™ uses a
client/server architecture and distributed processing to achieve a flexible,
scalable, and cost-effective system while offering an uncomplicated, efficient
user interface. Industry protocol standards are followed to the fullest extent,
allowing the system to adapt to changes in technology with minimal impact on
individual system components.
TraffiCast
BlueTOAD™
The BlueTOAD™
receiver is capable of monitoring and measuring vehicular and pedestrian flows
by measuring
Bluetooth MAC (Media Access Control) addresses. The system
can be used to collect high quality, high-density travel times
by sampling a
portion of actual travel times from the traffic stream. By matching MAC
addresses at two different locations,
accurate travel time is measured directly, with prevailing road speeds derived
from travel time; this is the reverse of the process typically used with sensor
technology, and is much more cost effective than more specialized vehicle
matching technologies.
GTT Opticom™ GPS
System
The Opticom™ GPS
System assists authorized vehicles
through
signalized intersections by providing advanced temporary technology; clearing right
of way in the intended direction, even around corners, through the use of common
traffic controller functions. Opticom™ has proven to cut response times, reduce
crashes, and improve intersection safety. Offering "first-come, first-served"
authorization eliminates preemption conflicts.
